Since 1987, we have been in this fabulous and fast-paced business started by Teresa Day and Kendall Collier. Now a part of A Divine Event, we offer floral décor, event decor and design concepts for both social and corporate events. Since the beginning, this trendsetting group of designers has probably won more industry awards than anyone else in Atlanta on the local, national and international levels.
In 2011 alone, Kendall and Teresa’s catering and design team won an unprecedented seven Atlanta Allie Awards presented for excellence in the special events industry sponsored by the Atlanta chapters of NACE and ISES. FYI, this same year we also won the professionally coveted, internationally acclaimed Gala Award for Best in Design.
To win this many awards for event decor and design takes a lot of brainstorming to stay ahead of the curve. We welcome your ideas, especially those from brides who often spend an enormous amount of time developing a vision that needs implementing. That’s when we enter the scene. But before any designing begins, we first listen.
From there, we build on your vision in order to offer ideas and event decor options to fit within your budget. We can also tempt you if you’re up for a little fun. We are not a one-size-fits-all design machine, but rather a small band of talented designers and professionals led by Sara Gagnon and Terry Schwennesen. A shared desire for excellence fuels our passion.
